The Wild River Art Company has just moved from Redmond, Oregon, into a beautiful new space in Bend, Oregon. Owner Scott Tuchel celebrated the opening of his new gallery on February 27, 2010. I'm pleased to have eight paintings showing there in the company of real master painters such as Harley Brown, Calvin Liang, and Heinie Hartwig. Bend, located on the beautiful Rogue River, is a great tourist destination in the high desert surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Cascade Mountain Range minutes away from Sisters, Sun River, and great skiing at Mt Batchelor. A really great place to stay, if you visit Bend, is Cabin Creek Bed & Breakfast, one of the best we have ever stayed in.I've really enjoyed trying to capture the "big sky" feeling of Oregon's Cascade Range.
